What is bias-safe ai hiring?
Bias-safe AI hiring means AI tools are designed not to rank, filter, or score candidates by protected attributes such as gender, nationality, religion, age or disability.
AI can either amplify bias or help control it, depending on how it is built. Orbis’s copilot is built to refuse to rank or filter by protected attributes and to avoid gender-coded language, interviews are scored by a multi-model jury, and any gender field collected only flags a mismatch, it never disqualifies, hides or reorders a candidate.
