Who we are

This website, ai-orbis.com, is operated by Orbis AI (HQ Amman, Jordan). It describes the Orbis AI recruiting platform. The platform itself runs at app.ai-orbis.com and is governed by the agreements you accept there; this policy covers the marketing website only. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect on this site

• Forms you submit. When you book a demo or ask about pricing we collect what you enter: name, work email, company, hiring volume, and your message. We use it to reply and to set up your demo or plan — nothing else. It is sent to our lead-handling backend and is not sold or shared with advertisers.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, session replays in Clarity). For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland these are off by default and only activate if you accept the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2, region-scoped).
• Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the site.

Cookies

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics _ga* on .ai-orbis.com, shared with the app so your session isn’t double-counted; Microsoft Clarity _clck/_clsk) are used only per the consent rules above. Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser (orbis-consent) — clear it to see the banner again and change your choice.

Where data goes

Analytics data is processed by Google and Microsoft under their own privacy terms. Form submissions are processed on our backend infrastructure (hosted on Railway) and read by our team. We don’t sell personal data, run third-party ad trackers, or send your data to data brokers.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete anything you’ve submitted through this site, or to object to processing. We answer within 30 days. Candidate data processed inside the Orbis AI platform on behalf of employers is governed by the platform agreements — requests about it are routed to the relevant employer.

We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes get a notice on this page.
