Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Pick a plan, add your card (no charge today), and run real roles for a week. You are only billed on day 7 unless you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from the app.
What is on Basic, and what is not?
Basic is the full Orbis platform minus the autonomous AI interview: AI screening across every applicant, multi-LLM jury evaluation with citations, the full candidate pipeline and analytics, the Orbis copilot, DocuSign offers and Google Calendar scheduling, and your own custom screening rules. It includes 1 job post, 1 seat and 20 copilot credits a month. AI video interviews start on Starter, and you can upgrade from inside the app at any time.
What counts as an AI interview?
One AI interview is one autonomous video/voice interview with one candidate, recorded, transcribed, and scored by the multi-LLM jury. Starter and up include a monthly allotment; if you need more, add an interview pack from the plan card or top up anytime in the app. Basic does not include AI interviews.
How is annual billing discounted?
Annual plans are billed for 10 months and give you 12 — so you get 2 months free versus paying monthly. Add-ons you select follow the same annual discount.
Can I add seats, job posts, or interviews later?
Yes. Everything on the plan cards is available as an add-on you can turn on or off from the app as your hiring changes. Extra seats and job posts are per-unit; extra interviews come in packs that get cheaper per interview as they get larger.
What are Orbis copilot credits?
Copilot credits power the Orbis AI copilot — each credit runs one copilot action such as finding candidates, comparing them, pulling analytics, or scheduling. Every plan includes a monthly credit allotment.
